United Kingdom law applies to all information on this site and your contract with us.

Pricing, Ordering, Stock & Information

Once your credit/debit card details have been processed you have entered into a legally binding contract with Paganshop to purchase those items. It is your responsibility to read the item descriptions and all the information on this page concerning your rights and privacy. Our shopping cart automatically emails you your order details, if you do not receive this email then it is likely a problem with your email box and contacting us means we can resend the email to you.

All price are shown in Pounds Sterling. All items are sold subject to availability, we believe that all items are in stock, but occasionally human and shopping cart errors can mean an item is found to be out of stock, in which case you are refunded the item amount and part of the postage.

Prices and availability change over time so we cannot guarantee that when you next buy a product it will be the same price.

We try to ensure every item is described in detail with the correct information, but mistakes can happen and therefore we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions.

Payment methods

All orders are paid for using either Paypal.

Shipping

All items are sent by First Class Royal mail or First Class Recorded Delivery Royal Mail. Items are dispatched within 24hours (Monday-Friday) but not necessarily dispatched on weekends and bank holidays. If an item does not reach you after 10 working days then we presume it is lost and send you a refund or will post out the items again if in stock.

All items are well packed and in the unlikely event of breakages or damages occurring we will replace the item if in stock or offer you a full refund.

Cancellation of an Order

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are completely within your rights to cancel your order for any items purchased on this website and received a full refund. You have the right to cancel your order before the order has been delivered and for 7 working days after delivery (starting the day after the day of delivery).

Returns & Refunds

All items must be returned unused. It is part of your contact with us that if you cancel an order after delivery to you (for any reason other than that the goods are faulty or do not comply with the order) then you must pay for the return of the goods to us (ie you pay the postage cost) and the items should be well packed to avoid breakages.

If an item arrives with you broken we may not need you to return it to us as a description or photograph of the problem may be sufficient for us to refund your money or send out a second item. If we do decide a broken item needs to be returned to us then we refund your postage costs.

If for some reason you feel an item was inaccurately described or not as expected then you are within your rights to return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it.

The address for returns will be given once we decide if a return is neeeded.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your order details are stored on our hosting companies website securely. Your credit card details are never seen by us as only PayPal and Nochex deal with those in their secure facilities. If you wish to have your personal data (order history) removed from our “order history” section of our shopping cart, then write to us or email us and your data will be removed immediately.

We keep no other information about you and NEVER pass your information on to anyone else, unless required to do so by law.

Cookies

Cookies are information files that are stored by your internet browser on your computer hard drive. They are used as part of the shopping cart and statistical monitoring programs on our website.

People generally set up their internet browser to allow some cookies, occasionally you may have such rigid anti-cookie software that it prevents you from using our shopping cart. Once you have placed your order you can go into the options facility of your internet browser and clear your cookies from memory.
