Naglfar (Old Norse for "death ship", "Nagel ship") is in the Nordic mythology of the dead ship. It is described as the biggest ship of all time and is one of the Muspell. Naglfar is mentioned mainly in connection with the apocalyptic Ragnarok. Floated by the floods of the Midgard Serpent, it will then approach the enemies of the gods for the last great battle. Depending on the source is either the giant Hrymir (after Gylfaginning) or the outcast Ase Loki (after Völuspá) at the wheel. Naglfar is fashioned from uncut nails of the dead. Snorri already mentioned in the Gylfaginning the custom to cut the dead man's nails, so the completion of the ship and, indirectly delay Ragnarok itself.

Size is around: 3.5cm x 3.5cm. Weighs around 19g.

Crafted in Lead-Free pewter then coated in brass to give the antique look finish.

Supplied with a thin (2mm) neck cord of at least 20inch to tie yourself.
