Herbs should not be taken internally as some can be poisonous (though they are food grade quality). They can be smoldered on charcoal disks, or placed in altar bowls, sprinkled in places or you can place them in small sachets to go into a bath where they will release their energies or hang in a home.
We sell purple pouches for using the herbs in baths or hang the pouch in a place to ward off evil energies or attract love etc.
