Around 9cm by 2cm, you put a flame to the end of the sticks and once smouldering, blow out the flame and walk around a house/building or room, letteing the smoke enter all corners so that they are cleansed of negative vibrations, purified of negative energy and then re-energized with positive spiritual energies.

Can be used a number of times as the herbs are quite hardy and therefore burn more slowly. These stciks are like a hand held incense and are an excellent way to prime and fluff the energies of a room before you intend to work a spell or ritual.
